Yes. Islandwide delivery is facilitated via Knutsford Express. Once your package is handed over to Knutsford Express, liability transfers to them, and any loss or delay must be followed up directly with the carrier.

Yes. We are tax-exempt on platforms/sites that apply taxes, once the exemption is accepted by the vendor. Please note: Not all websites honour tax exemption automatically Customs duties and local taxes in Jamaica still apply where assessed

At this time, we are not shipping via sea freight due to the significant backlog at the Wharf following Hurricane Melissa. Once the backlog clears, we will provide updates regarding the resumption of sea freight services. However your cardboard barrels can be sent via airfreight in the interim.

This is the maximum value on which Customs Duty on is not charged. If the FOB value of the goods imported is US$100 or less (De Minimis), then the Importer would not be required to pay any duties and taxes. This applies to both commercial and non-commercial shipments. It is important to note that if the value exceeds US$100, then the duties and taxes are charged on the total Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) amount of the item(s).
